The 1111 Club

1,000 lbs, 100 km, 10 hours, 1 wc

Da Rules

  1. Complete a 1,000 pound club submission. That is a 1,000 LB 1rm combined between bench, back squat, and deadlift. In any order of your choosing. You can go over, if you'd like.
  2. Run 100km. It's straightforward.
  3. You must complete these events together within 10 hours. The timer begins once you begin the down motion of the first rep of whichever lift you choose to start with.
  4. You must complete 1 unique wildcard objective. i.e., you eat 1 Costco rotisserie chicken, or drink 1 cup of water, or crawl 1 mile, etc. Consider this your opportunity for "style points".
    (The "Drank a cup of water run" would be lame, imo.)
